Current Capabilities. We specialize in complex shapes, multi hollow profiles, are not a problem. Our EDM tooling capabilities enable us to build demanding profile shapes. We are driven by challenging products, and are willing to tackle difficult shapes and unique applications.

Design Assistance. Our custom tooling is both designed and built in-house. Our experienced design team and tool makers can assist in taking your product from concept through to completion. Ask for our design guide.

Tooling Technology. The final part is only as good as the original tooling used to create it. Tooling construction begins with, CAD and CAM systems, to drive wire EDM. All our tooling is machined using tool grade steels. The life span for your tooling is considered indefinite.

*Co-extrusion or Dual Extrusion: is a technique in which multiple materials are extruded together in a single extrusion. Common is a rigid material being combined with a flexible material in one shape. The rigid component can add strength and the structural alignment, while the flexible component may have the function of sealing. Compatibility of materials is key to co-extrudablity.
